Knitting House

Exhibition identity and graphics for Knitting House at Arkitekturmuseet (now ArkDes). Using 12 knitting machines, artists, architects, students and residents have created a reproduction of a typical apartment in the Husby area in Stockholm. The idea for the project arose from a vision of how the environmental programme might be able to make use of strong social networks between women. The graphic identity took inspiration from the subtly wavy and tactile presence of the textiles.
